1 cup warm water
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1. Warm the water to just under boiling.
2. Stir in apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
3. Add grated ginger and raw honey, if using.
4. Stir thoroughly and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
