A simple, natural 4-ingredient Brazilian Mounjaro recipe made with ginger, lemon, and apple cider vinegar to support metabolism and digestion.

Ingredients

1 cup warm water

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

Juice of ½ lemon

½ tsp freshly grated ginger

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Warm the water to just under boiling.

2. Stir in apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

3. Add grated ginger and raw honey, if using.

4. Stir thoroughly and sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink once daily on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
