Description

A sugar-free, non-alcoholic drink inspired by the colors of sunrise and the sea. Made with herbal tea, fruit juice, and natural sweeteners for a healthy and stunning refreshment.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice

1/2 cup 100% orange juice

1/2 cup butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)

1 tbsp sugar-free grenadine (monk fruit-based)

1 tsp lime juice

Ice cubes

Optional: pinch of blue spirulina for richer blue


Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

2. Pour pineapple juice into the glass.

3. Add orange juice slowly for layering.

4. Gently pour butterfly pea tea over the back of a spoon to float on top.

5. Drizzle sugar-free grenadine down the inside edge for the sunrise effect.

6. Add a splash of lime juice for brightness.

7. Optional: Stir in blue spirulina for deeper blue.

8. Serve immediately with a straw or stir stick.


Notes

Use fresh-squeezed juice for lower sugar and better taste.

You can steep butterfly pea tea in advance and chill.

For a fizzier version, top with soda water.

Garnish with a slice of lime or edible flower.
