Ingredients
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 cups cold water or herbal tea
Optional: squeeze of lemon, pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Grate fresh ginger into a small bowl.
2. Add vinegar, sweetener, and ginger to a mason jar.
3. Pour in cold water or chilled herbal tea.
