Description

A simple 2-ingredient morning detox drink that supports digestion, liver health, and boosts natural energy.


Ingredients

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

(Optional) 2 tbsp warm water


Instructions

1. Squeeze juice from half a lemon to get 1 tbsp.

2. Pour lemon juice into a small glass.

3. Add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

4. Stir well to combine.

5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.


Notes

Start with 1 tsp each if you’re new to this drink.

Use only cold-pressed, high-quality olive oil and fresh lemon.

Avoid eating for 15 minutes after drinking.
