8 oz warm filtered water (about 120°F / 49°C)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)

Instructions

1. Warm the filtered water to around 120°F and pour into a glass.

2. Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

3. Mix in the fresh lemon juice.

4. Add raw honey and cayenne if using, then whisk.

5. Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes on an empty stomach.

6. Wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
