Description

A crisp, citrus-forward sugar free margarita mocktail for keto lovers. This refreshing drink uses lime juice, monk fruit, and sparkling water to deliver bold flavor without sugar or alcohol.


Ingredients

Scale

2 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz water or citrus kombucha

12 tsp monk fruit sweetener or liquid stevia (to taste)

1 oz sugar-free orange extract or triple sec alternative

3 oz sparkling water or club soda

Coarse salt for rim

Ice

Optional: fresh mint, jalapeño slice, or basil for garnish


Instructions

1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass, then dip into coarse salt. Set aside.

2. In a shaker or glass, combine lime juice, orange extract, sweetener, and water. Shake or stir well with ice.

3. Add sparkling water and stir gently (do not shake).

4. Pour into prepared glass over fresh ice.

5. Garnish with mint, jalapeño, or basil if desired. Serve immediately.


Notes

Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor.
