Description
A refreshing, non-alcoholic, sugar-free mojito-style lemonade with vibrant ocean-blue color, fresh mint, and a citrusy herbal twist.
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 limes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons allulose or 1 dropper liquid monk fruit
3 cups cold filtered water
1/2 cup sparkling water (optional)
1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Ice (crushed preferred)
Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in a large pitcher to release oils and juices.
2. Add your sweetener (allulose or monk fruit) and lime juice to the pitcher.
3. Stir in cold filtered water and sparkling water if using.
4. Add a pinch of blue spirulina powder and stir until fully combined.
5. Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour the lemonade mixture over it.
6. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lime slices.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Notes
For extra color and flavor, steep butterfly pea flower tea and use it as part of the base.
Make it in large batches for parties—just add garnishes before serving.
Swap lime for lemon in colder months to create a cozy seasonal version.
