Ingredients
Graham cracker crumbs – 1.5 – 2 cups
Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup for crust + 3/4 cup for filling
Unsalted butter, melted – 6 tablespoons
Cream cheese, softened – 3 packages (8 oz each)
Large eggs – 3
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/3 cup
All-purpose flour – 1/4 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter for crust
Press crust mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes
