Ingredients
1 pound fettuccine or your favorite pasta
1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, diced
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook fettuccine pasta al dente according to package instructions, drain
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes)
Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through (5-7 minutes)
Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smoothly incorporated
Combine cooked pasta and chicken-cream mixture in a large bowl
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
