Ingredients
6 cups frozen mixed berries (thawed slightly or used frozen)
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
½ cup whole milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter
In a bowl, combine berries with ¾ cup sugar. Toss gently
Spread berry mixture evenly in the prepared dish
In a separate bowl, mix flour, remaining ¼ cup sugar, baking powder, and salt
Stir in melted butter and milk until mixture is shaggy and clumpy
