Ingredients
6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
Chill watermelon cubes in the freezer for 1-2 hours until firm.
Blend half the watermelon in a food processor until smooth; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining watermelon until creamy.
Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain.
Pour mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Freeze for 4-6 hours until set. Slice and serve chilled.
