Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels
Season wings with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper
Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet

Broil for 3-4 minutes for extra crispiness
