Ingredients
4–5 medium carrots
2-inch fresh turmeric root
1-inch fresh ginger root (optional)
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Wash and peel carrots and turmeric; peel ginger if using.
2. Chop all ingredients into juicer-friendly sizes.
3. Feed chopped vegetables through juicer slowly.
4. Add a pinch of black pepper to the juice.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the juice and stir.
6. Consume immediately or store in airtight glass container up to 24 hours.
