Ingredients
Italian bread or Baguette – 1 loaf (about 16-20 inches long)
Unsalted Butter – 1/2 cup (1 stick), softened to room temperature
Garlic – 3-4 cloves, minced (fresh is best)
Fresh Parsley – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Grated Parmesan Cheese – 1 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cut bread in half lengthwise and place cut side up on a baking sheet
In a small bowl, cream softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until evenly combined
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread slices
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbly
