A vibrant, fruity twist on classic lemonade, this homemade version blends tart fresh lemons, sweet raspberries, sugar, and cold water for a balanced, refreshing beverage perfect for summer. Ingredients
Fresh Lemons
8–10 medium
Fresh Raspberries
2 cups, plus extra for garnish
Sugar
1.5 cups, or to taste (granulated or superfine)
Cold Water
6 cups

Instructions
1. Puree 2 cups of fresh raspberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).
2. In a large pitcher, dissolve 1.5 cups sugar in 1-2 cups warm water. Add the remaining 4 cups cold water and stir to cool.
3. Incorporate the strained raspberry puree and 1.5–2 cups of fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
4. Chill for 1 hour. Serve over ice cubes, garnished with additional raspberries and lemon slices.
Notes
Use filtered water for a clearer, crisp flavor. Adjust sugar to taste for desired sweetness. For a sparkling version, replace half the cold water with chilled sparkling water. Serve immediately in a well-chilled pitcher for best results.
