Instructions
1. Wash kale thoroughly and remove tough stems, chop leaves roughly
2. Add kale and fruits (banana, berries) to blender
3. Pour in almond milk or coconut water as liquid base
4. Add chia seeds or flaxseeds and fresh ginger
5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds)
6. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired
