Description
These vibrant cheesecake bars combine a buttery graham cracker crust with a creamy cheesecake filling and red, white, and blue toppings. Perfect for holidays or celebrations, they offer a festive, crowd-pleasing dessert with homemade charm and easy preparation.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 graham crackers)
¼ cup granulated sugar (for crust)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
1 cup crushed red berries or red candy pieces
½ cup white chocolate chips or crushed white candy pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press graham cracker mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
In a blender, combine cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and pour over cooled crust.
Spread thawed blueberries in a 3-inch-wide stripe down the center. Top with red candy/berries and white candy pieces on either side.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into 16-24 bars.
Notes
Freeze leftover bars for up to 2 months. Adjust tartness with lemon extract if desired. Use halal-certified cream cheese if required.
