Description
A vibrant homemade green juice made with kale, cucumber, lemon, cilantro, and ginger for a refreshing boost. Perfect as a morning revitalizer or midday pick-me-up.
Ingredients
2 cups kale, packed (remove tough stems)
1 medium cucumber, washed and ends trimmed
1 medium lemon, peeled and seeds removed
1 cup fresh cilantro, packed and washed
1-inch piece ginger, peeled
Instructions
Wash and prepare all ingredients: remove kale stems, trim cucumber ends, peel and deseed lemon, wash cilantro, and peel ginger.
Feed ingredients through a juicer or blend in a high-speed blender with a small amount of water, then strain if using a blender.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Notes
For a milder flavor, add an extra cucumber.
Adjust lemon quantity to taste.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Strain the juice if using a blender for a smoother texture.
