Description
These S’mores Cookie Bars capture the cozy flavor of campfire treats in a homemade bar form. A buttery graham cracker crust, melted chocolate layer, and gooey marshmallows create a nostalgic, shareable dessert perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 sheets)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1.5 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
2 cups marshmallows (mini or regular)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined
Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust and return to oven for 2-3 minutes until melted
Add marshmallows, cut into quarters if large, and gently press into the chocolate layer
Cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16-20 bars
