Description
These rich fudgy brownies combine the classic flavors of campfire s’mores—gooey marshmallow, crunchy graham cracker, and deep chocolate—into a convenient bar form. Perfect for nostalgic desserts, parties, or cozy gatherings, they deliver a delightful balance of textures and sweetness.
Ingredients
Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (from 1 cup crushed graham cracker pieces)
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large bowl, melt butter. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until combined
Add vanilla extract and mix well
Gradually incorporate flour into the wet mixture until smooth
Fold in 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips
Spread the batter evenly in a 9×13-inch baking pan
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 cups marshmallows over the batter
Bake for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with chocolate crumbs
Cool completely before cutting into 16 large squares
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for better emulsification
For extra gooeyness, press marshmallows gently into the batter
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
To mimic campfire texture, top with larger marshmallows after baking
