Ingredients
Sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade, enough for a 12-inch round crust)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (use non-alcoholic alternative if required)
2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries, fresh
1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Press chilled sugar cookie dough into an oiled 12-inch round pan to form an even layer
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden
Cool the crust completely
Beat cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth
Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled crust
Arrange strawberry slices in alternating red stripes across the crust
Place blueberries in a clustered star formation for the blue panel
Fill white portions of the flag with kiwi slices or additional fruits
Chill for at least an hour before slicing into 12–16 wedges
Notes
Use a premade sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz is ideal) to save time
Fruit quantities can be adjusted based on availability and preference
Replace vanilla extract with non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring if needed
Chill the pizza before slicing for cleaner presentation
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
