34 cloves fresh garlic, minced very finely or pressed
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for topping)
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
Pinch black pepper, optional
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, optional


Instructions
