Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, English or garden (peeled and thinly sliced)

2 tablespoons vinegar (white vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1. Prepare vegetables: Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; dice tomatoes; thinly slice red onion.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream or mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Add chopped dill to the dressing and stir to combine.
4. Gently fold in sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
5. Chill salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
